Twenty four of us from GHISG spent a thoroughly enjoyable weekend (6th to 8th November) at Breaffy House Hotel. What helped to make it so enjoyable and memorable was the courtesy/friendliness and professionalism that all of your staff treated us with. When we reluctantly departed Breaffy House on Sunday we were very satisfied customers, determined to return soon again and in the meantime to tell everyone we know about the fantastic weekend we had in Breaffy House.

We were extremely impressed and had a wonderful time throughout the weekend. We have already discussed coming back with our children in August, and have priced up some flights, so it is very likely that we will be back within a matter of weeks for a 4 day trip. I have 3 children aged 1, 2 and 9 and I think they would love it as they love the outdoors and Breaffy House also offered lots of space for them and fun facilities. great location, couldn't fault hotel & service great. My son Thomas and his new wife Catriona held their wedding Reception in Breaffy House in the 5th June. I want to put on record how pleased we were with the total services at your hotel and to congratulate you and your staff on a job well done. It goes without saying that Breaffy House is on a beautiful setting, but it's even better when the quality and efficiency of the staff compliment the surroundings. The dining room on the day was very impressive and beautifully laid out. Guests were very complimentary about the quality and freshness of the food and its presentation. While all the staff were very pleasant and helpful I would pay special compliment to Peter in charge of the dining room. He was superb and so professional. The whole meal to include the introduction of the wedding party, his attention to detail and his management of the dining room staff was top class and noted by a number of guests. Our stay was very pleasant and breakfast on the following morning the 6th matched our previous day's experience. Please pass on our compliments and thanks to all the staff and in particular Peter. Whenever you have your next staff meeting can you please pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to all your managers and staff for their hard work on setting up the room and tables, their service with a smile from the drinks reception right through to the service at the buffet and finally to the very well organised bar staff. I don't like to mention names but I have to. Thanks to Marguerite, she was a lady to deal with on the tables that morning and was great support. Barry was at our beck and call and extremely professional in his approach at all times , Peter was excellent in ensuring that everything was right in the function room and finally to your Kitchen Staff and Brazilian Chef, they played a blinder on the night and the food went down treat. You should be very proud of all your staff. Fine hotel, enjoyed weekend look forward to coming back Brilliant staff, lovely food, hotel spotless, couldn't be better, really enjoyed weekend. Very well organised, breakfast til 11am great, very flexible. Really enjoyed weekend.
