 Not long in the door after a very enjoyable stay with you. I have to say the food was excellent, the kids club was very entertaining, especially when it rained the whole weekend we were there and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I will be bringing my kids again at some stage and possibly before they go back to school. Thanks again for a great weekend.

Myself, my husband and our two children (aged 8 and 10) were lucky enough to win a family break in the Clare Inn Hotel with the Ronan Collins Show in RTE. This break included two nights bed-and-breakfast and two evening meals, plus a family pass to Bunratty Folk Park. We took this break last week from Thursday 19th February to Saturday 21st February. I wanted to write to you to thank you for a wonderful and enjoyable break in the Clare Inn Hotel.

During our stay in the Hotel, every member of staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and great with the children. When we arrived, we told the receptionist that the break was to include a family pass to Bunratty Folk Park - and she confirmed that this was on our booking. However, we should have been sent this pass through the post from RTE, and we did not receive it. The receptionist went to endless trouble to ensure that our pass was available for us at Bunratty Folk Park when we arrived the next day.

The room was perfect for a family of four, and it had great facilities. The children enjoyed all the activities including the Swimming Pool, the Crazy Golf and play areas outside, the face-paining and the Disco. They also visited the Den and enjoyed the play area there.

The food was very nice and we thought it was a great idea to have a separate children's menu which contained the type of food that children enjoy! All of the staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and great at helping the children.

Again, I would like to thank yourself and your wonderful staff for ensuring we had an enjoyable stay with the hotel. We are definitely going to save and try and return there again for a similar break with the children next year, and I will make sure my friends all know how must we enjoyed our stay.
